A faster launch with lower initial investment

Existing buildings, utilities and on-site rail mean less infrastructure has to be built from scratch, helping manufacturers start sooner and direct more capital into their own equipment and process. The filtration fields are outside the industrial park but can be used by residents as separate wastewater infrastructure.

Connected production creates greater value

BRIL PARK is being developed around circular-economy principles: by-products and waste from one manufacturer should become a resource or feedstock for another. This synergy potential will be considered when reviewing prospective resident applications.

02Is there a minimum plot size?

No. Plot configuration is determined by the production layout, logistics, sanitary zone and utility requirements of each project.

03Which cooperation models are available?

Land lease, lease of existing buildings, a joint venture or a dedicated investment partnership.

04Which utility capacities are available?

Up to 1.3 MW is available under current technical conditions. According to the initiator, the existing substation is rated at 2.9 MW and provisional additional connection potential is up to 9 MW. This additional capacity is neither reserved nor guaranteed; final capacity, scheme, timing and cost require project-specific technical conditions.

05Where is the park located?

In Brailiv, Zhmerinka district, Vinnytsia region, with an on-site railway spur and access to the M21 / E583 transport corridor.

06How can we receive a proposal?

Complete the potential resident questionnaire. The team will screen the technical requirements and prepare an initial site and cooperation configuration.
