BUD AGRO PLUS has joined the official participants of BRIL PARK. The status is confirmed by a formal letter from Ukraine's Ministry of Economy and Environment dated 25 August 2026.
The Ministry reviewed notice No. 95 submitted by the management company, BRIL PARK LLC, on 20 August 2026. In letter No. 2901-09/89006-07 dated 25 August, the Ministry confirmed that information on BUD AGRO PLUS obtaining participant status had been entered in Ukraine's Industrial Parks Register.
The legally precise term is industrial park participant. The entry was made under the procedure established by Cabinet Resolution No. 27. The date of the Ministry's letter is the date of official confirmation; it is not presented as the agreement date or the start of operations.
The official letter does not disclose the planned manufacturing activity, investment amount, required area, job creation or launch date. BRIL PARK will publish such parameters only after separate agreement with the participant and does not infer them in the meantime.
The addition expands the group of companies formally connected with the development of BRIL PARK. The management company continues technical screening of manufacturing projects and prepares site configurations around confirmed participant requirements.
