ERAGON JSC won the auction for the integrated property complex in Brailiv, as recorded by the official Prozorro.Sale platform.
The auction took place on 5 December 2024 and the acquisition act was published on 19 December. The sale price was UAH 17,870,280 excluding VAT.
The transaction opened a new stage in the use of the former Brailiv sugar-factory site. BRIL PARK was not yet a registered industrial park at that date; state registration followed later.
